Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, reproduced, or distributed through FineVPN services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent, including the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and needs to be removed or disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
3. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. It must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, FineVPN may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate access to its services for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
